Register for a U-Pass

Current eligible full-time students and benefits eligible faculty, staff, post docs & fellows, must first log into our secure page in order to request a U-Pass. The U-Pass must be renewed each semester for students and annually for faculty and staff.

Fiscal Year 2008 - Benefits Eligible Faculty, Staff, Post Docs & Fellows
            The Faculty/Staff FY08 Fall U-Pass is valid from August 13, 2007 - June 30, 2008 (annual)

The HRMS system may take a few seconds to authenticate and you could see an empty screen during that process. Please DO NOT use the refresh button on your browser, as that could cause further delays.

Student - Summer 2008
            The Student Summer U-Pass is valid from May 1, 2008 - August 31, 2008 (semester)

U-Pass request, Student - Spring 2008
             The Spring 2008 U-Pass is valid through May 31, 2008. Our online request are currently focused on the summer
             distribution but if you need the spring pass for access to Metro services from today through May 31, 2008,
             please request the link to the spring distribution options by emailing us at parktrans@wustl.edu
