Thanksgiving Shuttle

Washington University Parking & Transportation Services in cooperation with Residential Life will be offering airport transportation to students traveling for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Tickets can be purchased beginning Tuesday, November 6 for $15.00 (roundtrip tickets only) at the Residential Life Office and the Village Office. At the time of purchase, students must commit to a seat on a trip to the airport and also a trip home from the airport. All shuttle departures will be at the area across from the Clocktower on Shepley Drive. No pick-ups will be scheduled from the Village. Campus Circulator will run on the break schedule Nov 21 - Nov 25.

One 36-passenger vehicle will be used to provide this transportation. Please reserve your time slot as soon as possible with Residential Life. Once the 36 seats are filled, you must take a time before or after the time slot you desire. Please also be aware that this is the busiest time at the airport, it is recommended that you sign up 2 hours before your flight departure time. All Pick up and drop-off points for the airport are as follows:
Main Terminal
Upper level, far west next to Burger King
East Terminal
Far west end outside baggage claim

Shuttle will leave for the airport at the following times:
12:00 pm
1:30 pm
2:30 pm
3:00 pm
4:00 pm
4:30 pm
5:30 pm
6:00 pm

Shuttle will leave for the airport at the following times:
8:30 a.m.
10:00 a.m.

The shuttle will run continuously from the airport to the South 40.
